Return Policy

At Vasthraya, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. This allows you a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and unworn, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You are also required to present the original receipt or proof of purchase. Furthermore, we ask that you provide an unboxing video that clearly displays the item as it was received. This assists us in confirming the product’s condition and facilitates a smoother return process.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please reach out to us at info@vasthraya.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will send you a return form along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please be aware that:

– Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We recommend that you examine your items immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue and offer an appropriate solution. In such instances, supporting photographs and the original unboxing video will be necessary.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned. These include custom-made or personalized products, perishable items, cosmetics and personal care products, and hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For hygiene reasons, we also do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, hosiery, or used beauty products. Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be refunded and may incur additional postage fees for return or may be disposed of at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest approach is to return your original item in accordance with our policy and place a new order for the desired product. This guarantees a faster and more efficient process.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you possess the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without the need for justification. All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags still attached, and must include proof of purchase along with the original unboxing video.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please reach out to us at info@vasthraya.co.uk.

Late or Invalid Returns

Returns submitted after the 14-day period will not qualify for a refund. If you send an item late, it will either be returned to you at your expense or disposed of, with no refund provided. Likewise, any items returned without an approved request, or those returned used or damaged, will be ineligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Instructions

We do not provide a complimentary returns service. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend utilizing a standard tracked delivery service when returning your items, whether from within or outside the UK. There is no obligation to use express or timed delivery.
